Shipping Details

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Fastway couriers as each parcel is insured, registered and requires a signature upon delivery. Therefore both Glowridaz.com.au and you the customer have full confidence in the parcel being sent.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped on the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed. If there is a problem with your order or payment we will also be in contact by the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not send parcels overseas.

Do you deliver anywher in Australia?
Fastway couriers deliver around Australia to residential or business addresses. Please note that this service does not deliver to Norfolk, Christmas or the Cocos Islands. Please note that if you live in an area that is generally considered difficult to access or is poorly serviced by Australia Post and/or couriers then we may not be able to deliver to you. This is more likely if the items you order from us are very bulky. In these cases we will offer you a full refund or if possible organise another means of getting you the parcel.

What will the delivery cost me?
We charge a flat rate of $13.50 for each parcel up to the quantity of 25kg. At this price we only cover our costs and in some cases actually lose money from the shipping charges we incur. However this is our policy so that you feel comfortable in knowing what the shipping charge will always be.

Once I have purchased how long before I receive my goods?
All items are typically dispatched the next business day, once your payment has been confirmed. Items are sent via Australia Post or via our courier if the item is particularly bulky.

Fastway couriers provides the following guidelines for the delivery of your order:

* Adelaide metro: 1 working day
* Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge: 1-2 working days
* Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo: 1-3 working days
* Sydney, Canberra, Hobart, Launceston, Wollongong, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers: 2-4 working days
* Perth, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Country SA & VIC: 3-5 working days
* Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide metro areas: 2-4 working days
* Regional TAS, NSW, QLD: 4-7 working days
* Outback AUS: 5-10 working days

Returns & Warranties

Manufacturer Warranty
Most products contain a warranty statement on their label. Please refer to it for warranty terms and conditions, which may vary from product to product.

Returns and Refunds for Perfect Condition Goods (Non-Faulty or Not Damaged)
At Glowridaz.com.au if you purchase anything from us, and you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us for your money back as long as the items in the parcel have not been opened.

To request to return an item to us for your money back:

* Send an email to admin@glowridaz.com.au stating your invoice number and the item/s you wish to return or contact us on 1300 622 002.

Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items
All items are sold with a Standard Warranty that ensures the items you ordered are received by you in good working order and are able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and/or as specified by us. Glowridaz.com.au will replace a product if it is found to be either damaged or not working correctly when it is received. This situation is termed 'Damaged on Arrival' or DOA. The DOA period is 14 days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. If we are notified of a problem after this 14-day period, or if the product becomes faulty under normal use at some time after it is received, then the product's warranty will apply.

All products we sell are covered by this Standard Warranty but many items, especially electrical and mechanical items, come with a longer warranty period. Please refer to each item's listing for the applicable warranty period. Under the warranty provisions, Glowridaz.com.au will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If Glowridaz.com.au no longer has the product in stock then a credit voucher or, in the case of a DOA, a full refund will be provided. If an item in your order appears to have been damaged please can you include photos of both the packaging and the item damaged when you notify us, so that we can process your claim quickly.

If an item has been determined DOA, we will arrange to replace the product, and return shipping charges will be arranged at our cost. If the product is determined by the Returns Department as not DOA, we may refuse to replace the product or offer a refund for the product. All returned DOA product may be evaluated/tested by Glowridaz.com.au, and if the symptoms were misrepresented to us by the customer, a charge of $20 for a Handling and Administration fee, will be incurred.

To request a replacement or refund please follow the following procedure:

* Send an email to admin@glowridaz.com.au including:
o Invoice number.
o Date of purchase.
o Detailed description of the problem & photos if possible.
